Terms and Conditions


Registration Policy:

  • I understand my registration is nonrefundable after my child(ren) participate in their first class. Full or partial credits for future use are at the discretion of Little Beats.
  • Any family that is going to miss a class must notify Little Beats at least 24 hours before the class.
  • A $25 cancelation fee will incur for families that cancel their registration BEFORE online classes begin for the first child and $45 if more than one child is enrolled.
  • Families that cancel after the registration deadline will receive a credit for a future class for unattended class, minus a $15 registration fee.  
  • ***Registrations are nonrefundable
  • I understand refunds or class credits will be issued to me only if my class gets canceled due to insufficient registration and an alternate class is not   available.
  • I understand there is a $35 fee for returned checks.
  • Visitors: I understand that non-enrolled siblings may attend once during a session; after that, I will pay a $25 class participation fee for any "drop-ins" for that non-enrolled sibling. If I have a friend who would like to be a guest for a day in the class, I will have them contact Little Beats at littlebeatsmiami@gmail.com to register for a free demo class.
  • Materials: If a refund is authorized, I understand my class materials must be returned within one week, unopened and in pristine condition (e.g., Books and CDs in original plastic shrink wrap, etc.) or a $50 fee will be deducted from my refund.

 

Makeup Policy:

Little Beats does its best to accommodate all make-up class requests.

  • I understand I am responsible for scheduling my make-up classes within the current semester through the Online Makeup Scheduler that works with my schedule. While I'm allowed unlimited makeups, they are not guaranteed and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • If I do not use my make-up classes within a semester, they are forfeited and do not carry over to future use.
